1. Information We Collect

Delvixo (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, phone number, and business details when you fill out forms, subscribe to our services, or contact us. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, time on site, the website or ad that sent you to us, and your browser and device type through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel (see Cookies and Analytics below).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: provide and maintain our services; send you reports and service deliverables; communicate with you about your account; improve our services and develop new features; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Client data including reports, analytics and account records is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

  • Stripe: payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card and billing data under its own privacy policy.
  • Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
  • Google Workspace: email communication and calendar scheduling.
  • Calendly: appointment and meeting scheduling.
  • Google Analytics: measures how visitors use this website. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta pixel and Conversions API measure visits and enquiries from our ads on Facebook and Instagram. See Meta’s privacy policy.

Each service maintains its own privacy policy and we recommend reviewing them. We only share the minimum information necessary for these services to function on our behalf.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses the following cookies and similar technologies:

  • Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*. They record pages viewed, time on site, the site or ad that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. We also record when someone taps our email address or phone number, or sends one of our forms.
  • Meta pixel sets cookies named _fbp and, if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, _fbc. Meta uses them to tell us which ads lead to visits and enquiries.
  • Lead source: when you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we store the campaign tags and ad click ID (such as utm tags, gclid or fbclid), the page you landed on and the referring site in your browser’s local storage. If you send us a form, that information is included with your message so we know how you found us.
  • Sign in: the client portal uses cookies needed to keep you signed in. These are required for the portal to work.

When you send a form, we may send Meta a record that an enquiry happened, with your email address, phone number and name converted into a scrambled code (hashed) before it leaves our server, together with your IP address and browser type. Meta uses this to match the enquiry to an ad view. We do not send the content of your message.

Our emails may use a tracking image and tracked links, so we can see whether an email was opened and a link was clicked.

Your choices:

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
  • Stop Google Analytics with Google’s opt out browser add on, and manage Google ads at My Ad Center.
  • Manage how Meta uses data from websites in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
  • Opt out of interest based ads from many companies at aboutads.info.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal information; opt out of marketing communications; request a copy of your data; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@delvixo.com.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Delvixo serves customers across the United States. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, our business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale: Delvixo does not sell your personal information to third parties. Because we do not engage in the sale of personal information, there is no need to opt out.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will not receive a different level or quality of service for making such requests.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@delvixo.com. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days as required by law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon cancellation, we retain data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless legally required to retain it longer.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
