Setup covers the build
The heavy work is at the start, so that is where the one-time fee sits. It also covers your first 30 days, so nothing is billed twice.
Three months, then monthly
Search and reputation work needs a runway before it shows. After three months you can stop with 30 days notice.
Everything is yours
The site, the profiles and the content are created in your name. If you leave, they go with you.
